The master of Tai Chi Kungfu

Tai chi chuan is a part of Chinese kungfu that combine both its defensive training and health benefits and almost the same concept of Qigong. It is also useful for many other personal reasons like its hard and soft martial art technique, demonstration events, competitions, and longevity.
In addition, many type of training forms by both traditional and modern with it's own target to be as much more popular. Usually Tai Chi Chuan's training are the source of kungfu being practiced in big events that people around the world understand it's a slow movement martial art or kungfu.
The training are:
  1. Solo form (chuan, 拳) - slow pushing movements that holds a straight spine, abdominal breathing and a natural range of motion.
  2. The styles of pushing hands (tui shou, 推手) - for training movement by pushing the air which is the principles of the form with a partner and in a more practical manner.
